Written test followed by personal interview. Written test is based on finance questions. If you clear written test only you will be allowed for personal discussion. Personal discussion is based on the resume.
Easy basically The questions were related to the accounts and the background should be commerce and the criteria for the cv shortlist was 75% + in 10 and 12 and the science background is not applicable for the finance related roles

It was 2 25 minutes interviews. I was provided the names of the interviewers prior to the interview so I did some research on them. They eventually thought I was a better fit for another role

Hiring Manager: Indian guy who was interrupting all my answers. *Beware if you're going to technology side of it as there's no diversity there. They bring all tech talent from their Indian offices*
The other Director who joined the call was amazing, he gave me some good suggestions regarding how to progress and build my career.
