Very short and sweet. To the point. They did not deviate too much from script and it was not a tense environment. There were three managers interviewing at once and it appeared they were all 'feeling' me out to see which team I would fit in with.

Tell me a time where your initial plan did not work out as intended and how you responded.
It started late and one of the panelists were not really looking interested in taking the interview and one was a little towards the HR field so didn't have any proper technical knowledge.
phone screen then skype followed by site visit. It was brief thankfully. I would recommend it to anyone interested in the company. I didnt get hired but that is ok
