Applied online, a lady from HR called me to set up a date for an IQ test. Went for the test about a week later, the test had questions similar to SAT. No calculators allowed. It had some percentage questions, short paraghraph you need to read and answer the questions. 35 questions for 35 minutes. I ran out of time and did not do well on the test
