Phone interview followed by an in person with 2 separate interviewers. Questions were average and were able to be answered. The questions were related to prior experience and work skills rather than irrelevant information or trick questions.

Applied online and a few week later, I received an email that I had been invited to interview for a variety of roles by the recruitment team. Had an interview over Teams with two managers. It seems there was a mix up as I should have gotten a call from a recruiter prior to me being put forward for the interview. The job was not in the department I had applied for and the salary was too low. They increased the offer but it was still too low for me.
