Applied online, they reached out to me and asked me to take questionnaire that took about an hour. They reached out to me again and had a phone interview. Reached out to me a final time to come to Texas and attend their hiring event and interview. Really well put together event and got to meet/talk with your panel before the interview.

Long day of interviews, nothing difficult in particular, personality survey was odd. Didn't get an offer but they did fly me in and out for the interview. Overall seems like a good company to work for but a lot of long days and frequent moves deterred me from working there.

Tell us about a time when you had to deal with conflict.
Pretty in depth. Standard interview, hair follicle test, and online test. There are tons of candidates who will be selected to at least do the interview process, make sure to dress business casual during the interview.

I applied online and was one of a few candidates interviewed in person. They were flexible with scheduling and knowledgeable on the subject they were asking about. They were careful about who they were hiring and asked many questions.
