Online assessment to move on to in person interviews. It was a 5 on 1 interview with management, unions reps, HR personal and current employees. They ask questions about your ability to work around the clock and being okay with the 24/7 schedule.

Quick thru zoom call. Spoke with several emploees..hr and tm. Lasted about 30 minutes
Asked several questions about past work experience and how it relates to the current position. Touch on working safely and how the day to day of a class 1 works

5 person panel zoom meeting. They set up date. You join at time and date. Pretty straight forward. Basic questions. All upper management but local staff Fairly serious. Not to many smiles or light discussion

Entretien
A woman with no experience actually on the railroad read from a script and recorded my answers. I believe she was wearing a t-shirt. I'm still not sure if I was even interviewing with her or who looked at the recorded answers. It was one of the most awkward, unprofessional interviews I've had in my life.
