Talked with recruiter at campus recruiting event. Recruiter said all interview times had been booked so the head of HR might give me a call in a couple days. A couple weeks later, I received an email from her and we scheduled a phone interview. Phone interview asked mainly behavior questions and lasted only 8 minutes. And that's all it took to get an offer!
