The interview process took about a month. There was an initial video on-demand interview and then you are invited to interview at the headquarters in Fort Worth, TX. Definitely do your research on the company and the mission/vision/values should be integrated into your responses to help them see you as a match. Ask questions and be interested!

Multi-stage interview and application process. If the company is interested you will take an aptitude test. After that, if you are considered to be competitive they will fly you to Ft. Worth for an informational and 1 on 1 interview session.

Entretien
Multiple interviews. First one is done virtually via HireVue. Then if you are selected to move forward, you take an assessment then proceed into a second interview round with a company overview and location preference sheet.

Entretien
After an online application and a self recorded online interview through HireVue, I was invited to Fort Worth for an in person interview. BNSF payed for the entire trip and hotel however I was expected to cover any additional expenses. The Hiring event, as they call it, took place at a local Marriott hotel and consisted of presentations and then a panel interview.
