Applied through a recruiter- got the call from the recruiter within few days and was called in for an on site interview within a week. Had an interview with a panel of 5 and got my rejection after 3 days of my interview.

Entretien
easy and short containing 1-2 minute preparation time the a 1-2 minute answer period. Questions were typical interview questions with nothing out of the ordinary. took me about 20 minutes overall.

Why do you want to work within the role you applied for
Interviewed over the phone for one job at BMW MINI and a different job at Rolls Royce Motor Cars. I had to contradict myself to explain why I wanted to work for each one and why I wanted each job. Obviously this is never going to get you hired.
