Internal interview conducted by hiring manager, peers to hiring manager and peers to role. Highly behavioral and conceptual questions. Requires review of examples of prior work and several meetings to discuss potential work deliverables. Interviewers were very cordial, yet professional. I learned a good deal about the potential challenges of the position. Upon accepting I encountered a few "land mines'" but doubt that the situations could have been addressed during the interview sessions.

I was asked to walk through a project business case and explain how I would handle the situation. There were 2 interviewers asking questions. It was a after hours holiday weekend interview.

Phone call from the HR Recruiter, then 2 in person interviews. One with the PMO Manager, and then the PMO Executive. Once hired, I attended an orientation class and a week long PMO training class to understand and learn the systems and processes. PMO is very organized and developed.
