ask a few questions about some basic information and your expectation, not very long, last about 30 min. Quite good but didn't get offer. That's reasonable. And talk about try a lower level position as part time.

It was smooth, the experience was warm, friendly, and conversational in nature. I had a one sided interview initially, based on that I was shortlisted for a branch role. They didn't grill me, it was mainly a sales job so having sales / front facing experience would help a lot.
