This was probably the worst interview I ever had with the company. No engagement, bad culture, no social skills from the interviewers ... it's all about outsmarting you and make you feel stupid.
The interview was 4 rounds: general experience, code challenge, system design, and "trick questions" from Python.
Code challenge was a dynamic programming challenge to do with strings, (medium on LeetCode, but a hard medium), with very little cooperation from the 2 interviewers. Like talking to a wall that's judging you.
The system design interview was ok, a bunch of backend guys talking about scaling a hypothetical system.
After 3h of grilling the last interview was digging into a specific subfeature of Python and going into the details about it.
My general feeling was that the interviewers wanted to make themself feel smarter because the company wants to be an intellectual hub of some sort. Bad culture, I didn't even ask for feedback from the recruiter.
Avoid.
