Video interview screening process. Very sterile and not appropriate for all job levels. Does not allow for two way communication, which an interview should be. It did not give a good impression of the company

very informal interview without clear structure, nice but not up to expectations as very few questions were asked. Update was to be given by recruiter withon a week but it took 3, so overall not a splendid experience.
