It was an in-depth interview . They asked questions that would get a story based answer to really get to know my character. They want to make sure everyone fits the culture in the office.

4 rounds in total, and everythimg was fully online. It was quite typical in terms of interview questions. They do try to assess your personality and work ethic, and are realistic about the challenges of the role.
