Interview over MS Teams with HR and Project Manager/Talent Manager in-charge of the region. Took roughly about an hour. In-depth, professional, and pleasant. Came back with an offer within the week.
The test and interview required completion before starting. The test provided multiple topics to choose from, allowing flexibility in selecting one that aligned with my skills and expertise for evaluation.

the interview process is non existent, anyone with no experience can apply. it is very unprofessional, low budget operation.
they have low volume of work and do not pay. Using client as excuse to not pay translators.
