I spoke with a recruiter through email, then set up a time to speak with her through Teams. From there, she set me up with four interviews with different people on Teams video calls. Each interview lasted about 30 minutes. Pretty straight forward interview process. However, after four interviews, my rejection email came in one of those generic emails saying they decided to go another route. Had it been a phone call, or even an email from an actual person, I would have at least felt like my time was valuable to them.
