One interview, very informal and got hired on the spot. I just walked in and talked to the manager. I did not even have my resume prepared but it was no problem. This could be an anomoly however, as other coworkers reported having a more difficult interview process.
One 15 min interview with the manager asking about schedule availability and previous serving/restaurant experience. The I waited for a few minutes before receiving the offer and getting my orientation date. All happened quickly!

Entretien
I had to interview with 3 different managers. The interview process went fairly slow and on boarding was pretty quick however. Overall, I would say the experience was a six out of 10.
Pretty simple and straight forward, just ask questions and work experiences to being a server. Just be yourself, this is not a corporate job. Would earn higher tips at an upscale restaurant.
