The process was bizarre from the start and to not have follow-up is inexcusable, so if this is how process works. Single digit CRM market share and no success- the end will the same with your stent. Integrity is everything and this company has not inspired loyalty or integrity. Leadership is lacking at all levels. Rating on a scale of 1-10- is a negative (-5). The confidentiality is zero which is absolute knock out for me!!!
