Applied through HR referral. The interview consists of 1. HR Round , 2. Hacker Rank exercise, 3. Hiring Manager Round, 4. Final Round. HR is super nice and friendly. Cleared hacker rank round, Then Scheduled hiring manager's Round. The Hiring Manager (Product Manager) was extremely rude. Initially did not greated very well. Did not introduce about himself and was extremely uninterested in the interview process. Below are keys points I felt that interviewer is not well trained in the interview process: 1. Started off without greeting and telling about themselfs. 2. The process was extremely challenging. 3. HM not friendly and questioning about a lot of things. 4. During 45 minutes of interview the process was Introducing about yourself, End to end ML Project that you have implemented, SQL Excercise and Case Study at the end. The first 30 minutes were as if he was grilling and questioning the solution and felt disinterested overall. Then in last 15 minutes were about SQL Excercise which again hacker rank SQL questions. Ask about solving them within a limited time period. I felt why agin Hackerrank round in the HM round when already completed before HM Round. Overall I felt it was intentionally done to not select candidates. I felt the Interviewer is not well trained to take interview. Just showing upper management that they are taking interview but not serious at all. I had a negative experience in overall interview process except HR round. Would not recommend the interviewing here.
