Automated Hirevue interviews Completed about 20 now - always repeating the same questions / games and never using my last Hirevue interview results - painful! It is a decent enough screening system but you have to query what the assessment criteria and target candidates are when you see some of the people that are hired vs friends/network you know who interviewed for the role. Understand it’s a big company but your time gets wasted repeating hirevue interviews - some human contact or just basic feedback after 5+ screenings would be nice.

Proceso 100% automático pero sin ningún tipo de feedback. Complete los tests y las pruebas y aun no tengo respuesta después de 1 mes de haberlos completado. Un proceso distinto pero con nula interacción con el reclutador y 0 feedback de los siguientes pasos.
