Initially there was a phone call interview that was more of a formality to get the details of the applicants and whether they are open for the position applied for. Secondly, I was asked to send 2 or 3 articles I have written for them to assess my writing. Thirdly, a test was set for me where I was asked to pick 4 stories from several news links given to me and required to write for their hourly news bulletin by briefly summarising each article to a maximum of 3 sentences. Lastly, there was a interview with the team lead and another team member.
