      Entretien

      I had 2 rounds of interviews with Bepro. The first one was a 1-hour talk with the CEO, where we discussed my previous experiences. The next one was a team interview in which I met 6 team members in one meeting, again discussing my previous experiences. It had no kind of live coding or take-home assignments. After these interviews, I received an offer from the company. Excited about the opportunity, I took a week to carefully consider the offer and sought clarification on a few important points. I also politely requested a one-week extension to the acceptance deadline to ensure I could make a well-informed decision. I got a reply that they sent my questions to the CEO and I should wait. I didn't hear anything back for a week. Concerned about the lack of response, I sent a reminder expressing my continued interest and requesting an update on my questions. I was told to be patient and wait, which I did for an additional two weeks. After a total of three weeks of waiting, I received a rejection email with no proper explanation. I find it utterly unprofessional and disrespectful for a company to leave a candidate hanging for three weeks, only to rescind an offer without any clarity on the reasons behind the decision. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth and has made me question the company's values and how they treat their employees. In conclusion, my experience with Bepro's recruitment process was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. The lack of communication, disregard for timelines, and the absence of proper explanation for rescinding the offer has left me with a negative impression of the company. I hope they will reflect on their practices and treat future candidates with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
