Called in for in person interview with assistant branch manager. Described terms of employment as 40 hour work week plus on-call every 6 weeks. This was a complete misrepresentation as we were told overtime was not optional and we would be immediately fired if we did not work overtime and weekend whenever specified and this turned into an average 56 hour work week.

It was pretty simple, a few questions asked, nothing really complicated. The questions are friendly and not hard to answer at all. Just make sure to express communication and you can pass the interview.
