Met with the recruiter for a 15 minute call. It was very basic "tell me about yourself" & "why Begin" kinda stuff. I scheduled the second interview with the VP of Culture on that call for a few days later. I met with the VP, he was very friendly and the conversation was very casual. He gave me MANY compliments and said that I would be a good culture fit and told me I would be moving on to the final round of interviews. He said they had a week of interviews to go but that someone would reach out to schedule the final round of interviews in a week. They completely ghosted me after that and I never heard back. Never sent me a denial email and never scheduled another call with me and its been a month since my last call. I emailed the recruiter 3 times and the hiring manager once and never got a response from anyone. VERY unprofessional. Based on their Glassdoor reviews, this seems like a trend for them. Glad I dodge this bullet. Don't get your hopes up here.
