Once I applied, I waited 2 weeks to hear back about scheduling a phone screening. After the phone screening, scheduled a virtual interview the following week. The interview consisted of mostly “tell me about a time you” type questions. And they want you to go over your resume to start out.

It was a lengthy interview process. Started with applying online then about 3 weeks later I received an email and phone call inviting me to a group interview. At the group interview we got an over view of the company and benefits then went around and were asked basic questions. A few days later came an over the phone interview, that one caught me off guard because it wasn't schedule I just happened to answer and number i didn't recognize AND had time interview. They just asked questions about why I would like to work at BECU. The great thing about this interview was that afterwards she gave me a heads up about the exact questions that would be asked in the in person interview which helped me prepare and be more specific. Then we set up a final in person interview the following week which lasted about 30-45 minutes asking questions the same situational question to twice. They wanted someone with a lot of experience, each question expanding on the last and showcasing multiple scenarios you have provided customer service and personal growth. Following that interview, I had to provide 5 professional references with 1 manager as one reference. Which is not your average reference check. ***If you get this far, note that you will need the emails of all 5 references and that they will all need to fill out a survey about you and write something about your strengths and weakness. After that was complete, I submitted a background check and was offered employment. Also they do not drug test.
