Very professional with clear direction and process. HR was very open in communicating the process and kept the channel transparent. The phone scree was the first step, then there was a second phone interview with the hiring manager. The last step was a set of onsite interviews (three sets of group interviews and 1:1's with two executive level.

Tell me a time when you had to deal with a difficult employee, what was the situation, how dod you address it and what was the result?
