J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez BECU (Seattle, WA) en juin 2017
Entretien
Had a 30 minute initial interview with a hiring manager. The manager briefly explained the group's purpose and the work to be completed by the person in the role they were hiring for. Next I was asked some domain specific questions designed to elicit my knowledge and experience in content publishing. The questions were pertinent and mostly not surprising--how do you approach a new project, how do you keep a project on track etc. There was opportunity for specific questions at the end of the interview.

Had a pre-screen with a recruiter where we discussed my background. This was pretty simple and straight forward.
I moved on to the next round, which was a phone interview with the hiring manager. This one didn't go so well. I felt like I was setup with false expectations for the interview because he said he wanted to see if I would fit in with the team. After that, we proceeded to talk about my qualifications. After just a few sentences, all of these concerns came up. I did my best to try and overturn them but no luck. He said he was going to move on to other candidates.
