BD sets up the whole process via a virtual scheduling assistant. They cancelled my interview once, and I was able to reschedule for the exact same date and time. Then they waited until 20 minutes before my scheduled phone interview to text me that they have moved forward in the process without me. Basically they waited until 20 minutes before my interview to read my resume, then decided I wasn't worth their time.
