Had a Skype Interview after online application. Asked back for their Super Day for second-round interviews. The questions were mainly behavioral questions and the interviewed lasted about twenty minutes in total.

I met the recruiters at a career fair, at my university and gave them contact info; they set me up for an interview on campus for the very next day. The interview was behavioral, so there were no technical questions; mostly general stuff about my personality, how I work with others, whether I can be a leader, etc.

Entretien
Talk in person at career fair, then 1:1 interview the following day. The interview itself was just a simple behavioral interview trying to see if you're a good fit not only for BD but for the position itself.
