Entretien
Interview was 60 minutes via phone with a hiring manager and another leader within the group.
Pro's:
- Interview process was quick (started on a Monday and decision was made that Friday - or so I am guessing as I was never really contacted)
- Recruiter & coordinator were very friendly, helpful and responsive (a great representation of the company and HR)
Cons:
- Interviewers were late, citing issues with the coffee machine. It left me feeling my time was not valuable to them.
- Being a phone interview, I could not hear exactly what was going on but they continued to Whisper to themselves and I would hear things shuffle around. It was a bit uncomfortable for me.
- My online status changed to "no longer being considered" but received no notification (not even automatic, I just happened to pop on and see the update).
Overall the organization is doing great things in the industry and they came across as sincerely caring for the employee population.

Here are the pillars of BD, how do you live these?
The recruitment process was too long. First they had me doing a video interview via Sonru, but the position they referred to within the video interview portal was for a different position than the one I had applied for, which created confusion. No response from them after the completion of the video interview, and then nearly a month after, I received a telephone interview invite with the hiring manager. After the interview, two weeks passed, and I had to email the recruiter to get an update before the recruiter replied saying that they were pursuing other candidates. Poor candidate experience.
