HR set up a phone interview, a site interview followed. You are seated in a room with three other applicants. A site manager gives presentation abt company. Then applicants are called to interview with managers. First 1:1 w a lead buyer then 1:1 w finance mgr.

Interviewer tries to trick you into sharing abilities which would suit you to a position other than, beyond, or more prestigious than the one you applied to. Having multiple abilities, interest in career growth is a negative to them.

Entretien
First you will be screened by a HR admin. After this, you will likely meet with 2-4 interviewers either one at a time or in pairs. One of these interviewers will be the individual making the hiring decision.

Behavioral questions along with asking for several examples in prior work history.
Interviewed twice with both direct reporter and department manager. Mostly asked about operational based questions. Some scenarios are given on checking the ways of handling different cases. They do asked about self strengths and weaknesses.
