Three levels of interviews, over the phone, in person with hiring manager, and a gruelling 5-person panel interview. Was required to create a complex data center design exercise on very short notice. It takes a lot of hard effort just to interview with BCNET and the organization seems to have little interest in applicant's transferable skills. The panel members peppered me with many technical questions, often focused on detailed attributes of equipment and design choices favoured by the organization.

Phone interview then face to face. No final notice, did sent a few emails to follow up. But never get reply. The manage is so mean and unprofessional. Do not recommend this company.
