The entire process at BCG platinion was seamless and efficient, consisting of three eliminatory steps. The first step involved resume screening coupled with an initial, formal chat with a recruiter. This provided a solid introduction to the company and allowed me to ask preliminary questions. The second step was the first round of interviews, which included two consecutive one-hour sessions. Each session had a dual focus: a fit interview and a case study. Candidates also had the opportunity to ask questions, which helped clarify expectations and the role. The third step was the second round of interviews. This round mirrored the format of the first but included a debrief from the previous round, offering insight into performance and areas for improvement. Feedback was provided after each round, along with a clear decision on whether I would advance to the next stage. The case studies were a blend of business, digital strategy, and IT topics, requiring a top-down approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a structured hypothesis. Overall, the process spanned about a month and was extremely smooth. The team was professional, helpful, and demonstrated a high level of expertise throughout.

On each interview you would need to pass through a stage of presentation, previous experiences, acquired knowledge during both university and previous jobs. business cases are incredibly different but on the IT side you should expect classical ones like CRM/ERP integrations, Cloud architectures, PMO challenges, etc
