I was called for the interview. Went through face to face round. And was sent for the next round. After going for the next round I was informed that my skill set won't match with them. If it was told to me that I don't fit into that profile. I was happy to come out. But the way they treated me was very rude. Atleast make sure to go through the candidate resume and skill set before calling for a interview. The way you treat candidates in the interview shows about your work culture. Because of few people who represents the company for the interviews they are creating negative impressions about the company.
