Submitted my resume and got a response pretty quickly. The interview process was fairly easy and the people who I talked to were more casual throughout our discussions. Ended up accepting.

I found the interview process to be very straightforward and standard, quite friendly and effortless. They were keen to take on additional support and the conversation flowed well and was fairly brief.

Sent in an application and didn't hear for about 3-4 months. Once I did, they accepted quickly so they're either looking for someone based on portfolio or in need of extra labor - note that this job isn't paid and interns typically do not get offers unless interning for a long time, Employees also worked a lot of overtime but did not push it onto their interns. Also do not expect to have any choice over your pick of department. Overall ok experience - you do learn a lot on the job granted you ask enough questions.
