She first asked us about the what we know about the company & what type of things can we take from BCBG learning experience. She had told us the three type of women that comes into bcbg and 1 out of the 3 she described she sent us out into the store to pick the outfit and say why we chose it.

Do you have any experience working with customers 1:1? & how can you apply that to BCBG?
The interview process involved a few in-person meetings, primarily with the store manager. From start to finish, things moved at a good pace — I wasn't left waiting around wondering where things stood. The conversations felt genuine and the overall experience was positive. It was clear they valued my time throughout the process.

They make you try to sell as many clothes as a test - at least for the BCBC Maxazria Outlet in Commerce, California. They had me meet with an associate manager and ask about your previous sales experience.
