The interview was more of a conversation than it was questions and answers. When we were finished it was almost as if I didn't even know we had started because I simply thought we were just making small talk

The interview process was very easy and simple. The hiring manager went though my resume and explained what the company is looking for. After that, she explained what the culture of the company is and if I think I would fit with that culture.

I knew the dm but the process still took about a month. Sometimes you might be contacted by a recruiter but there aren't any actual positions open. Everyones interview process is different. Alot of times they don't bother with a no thank you...you just wont get any more calls.
