I had a first interview with them. It was supposed to be a face to face interview but we were two for the same interview time. I was not surprised though because I had heard about this technique from companies before. Instead of asking questions, we were asked to ask the CEO questions. The interview did not last long. At the end he said that he was never doing that but he was very amazed by us and therefore wanted to give us a second interview right away (which I had doubts about because I had read the reviews before going to the interview and people said that it was easy to get a second interview for the next day). The CEO told both of us to come back the next day.
When I arrived at the time of the interview the CEO told me that I could seat with everyone and follow the training. I was a bit surprised, we still had not talk about the job position. At the end of the meeting I was able to ask him what was the job about and he explained me how the company worked. Even though I had the manager level everyone has to start from the bottom. Here the bottom means going to the street and give phones away to people who are eligible. No breaks, you work from 9am to 6am in the streets. Apparently you are able to grow fast in the company. Many people have been screaming scam for this company. I would not go that far but it does sound sketchy. The people I met there seemed happy to work there. I was not just ready to accept that type of job after working my but off to get my master.
