Entretien
The process consisted of an email stating I was shortlisted and an invitation to complete a written assignment. A behavioural interview followed. You have to follow the STAR answer exactly.

Entretien
Was given questions ahead of time. Process took about 45 minutes over Microsoft Video Chat with two interviewees. Before there were some questions that I had to answer online when applying. Also long Knowledge and "What would you do" type of questions that needed to be completed online prior to the interview. Needed to know about customer service as well as basic computer skills.

It was done via Skype with two interviewers. I was given the questions ahead of time. They were friendly but it felt like a gamble depending on who received my interview.
