In the group interviews, they asked some general scenario questions that we would likely encounter at bc place. they would target certain individuals and ask them to "lead off" with what they would do in these situations. after they were done talking, others were invited to chyme in. I noticed that if you contributed sufficiently during this period where everyone was invited to chyme in, they were less likely to single you out to "lead off" a scenario. These questions were designed to test your ability to think and respond under pressure - i.e. if you're applying as a first aid - what would you do if someone was complaining of chest pain. Tailor this type of question for security, etc..
The individual interviews had standard questions about your experiences, your interests in bc place, and why you think you're qualified.
