A series of phone interviews first with a recruiter and then your actual manager. All seemed well and I felt like I was going to move on. Second interview felt went well even told me they were going to schedule a third. After a couple weeks I reached out and they told me they had hired someone else and that I should've received a followup... I never did

The interview process took almost an entire day, and included a meeting during lunch. I met one on one with the person would would be my boss, and then one on one with various people I would be working with. Overall the meetings were laid back, but the process was very structured.
