It is competitive in comparison to other media organizations based in India. The whole process includes a written test and a panel interview. Interviews are more focused on digital media and panelists also check your ability to bring in strategies.

It's a competency based interview with lots of questions and about four interviewers. Some situations are presented to you and you have to explain how you would deal with things e.g. if you were filming a protest and shots were fired, what would you do? It's quite long and detailed.
