take it or leave it attitude is really off-putting. Totally unnecessary and unacceptable. Although the brand is absolutely amazing and will re-apply again in a few years. The general experience left a distasteful experience

Entretien
Standard panel interviews which were mostly technical in nature. Was asked to prepare two tasks for two rounds of interviews. Process did, however, take nearly six months from application to final result.
Many stages. Application, then online test, and then video recording. Quite tricky, as you need to include every value into every aspect. Very easy to understand, and well to explain. You don’t get feedback sadly.

BBC interviews focus on BBC values and behaviours as well as essential transferable skills and experience for the role. There is also situational questions you need to answer and sometimes a prepared test depending in the job.
