Not the best experience, in total took over 6 months from application to final feedback, communication is slow, process wasn't predefined and they kept referring to a point system but asked rogue questions. Asked for detailed feedback after rejection but was ghosted
Was a phone interview followed by 1/2 day on-site. Small pair programming exercise and then different rounds of face to face interviews with short breaks. I've of the interviews was a formal competency based one

Question 1
If someone on your team came to you with a compliant that another team member was slacking how would you deal with it?
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez BBC (Londres, Angleterre) en juin 2025
Entretien
I dedicated nearly five months of my life to this circus, flawlessly navigating two stages of their painfully slow 90-minute process, giving them every second they requested. The manager, full of enthusiasm, practically rolls out the red carpet, asking when I’ll join, discussing the offer like it’s a done deal—only for HR to vanish into the abyss for two weeks and then casually drop the bombshell: Oh, after an extensive search (which apparently took them forever), we picked someone else!
Right. Because that wasn’t just a gigantic waste of my time. Let’s be real—it was probably all about referrals and ghosting, and I was just the unlucky soul they kept stringing along for sport. Absolutely infuriating.
