Applied in July. Online application form consisting of two questions, then a video interview, then an assessment day in December. So lengthy gaps inbetween stages. Assessment day was a group exercise and then an interview. Staff lovely but overall a little too long for something that isn't even a guaranteed job and I found it was a bit of a personality contest.
