The bbc application starts with an Online application form. This is followed by an assessment day. The full day includes multiple team excercises, a written communication assessment, multiple interviews and multiple numerical tests. The written test was about marketing for the bbc. It was a full day in central London.

Interview process consisted of four rounds all conducted online. Following the initial application stage where you answered some questions, the second round was a personality test, followed by a video interview and final round assessment centre.
