Very nice hospital. Good interview. Salary too low. I asked for more money, but they said there was no more money in the budget and they could not offer anything more.

The director was super nice. Asked basic questions. Took a little test that was super easy. They reviewed the answers and then got offered the job that same day by HR.

The interview took place over the phone. It was very straightforward. The interviewer was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. If the culture of the job interview is any reflection of the culture of working for the organization, I'm sure it is a lovely place to work.
