Applied online and got an email to schedule phone interview, phone interview was pretty light. Recruiter reviewed resume and talked about the company. Scheduled face to face interview with location director. Interview was about 40mins and basically a review of my resume and the director talking about job expectations. I thought it went well, awaiting a follow up call
I had a phone interview, in person interview at the office i applied to, and two video interviews. The questions I was asked were to make sure that I was a values match for the company. I had recruiting experience and that carried weight, but not as much as the values match. I also loved that i was able to text message with the recruiter I was working with. It made it easier to communicate with her while I was at my previous job than emailing and phone calling.

You will be contacted by Recruiters at corporate. Then you meet with the office director. After this, testing is involved. Following testing, I had a call with the Division Director - then offered the position.

Entretien
Initial interview on the phone with recruiter, which was immediately after I applied on line. Then an interview with the Director, and lastly another with the Division Director. In addition provided references before I started.
