The process had quite a few steps. Though, it was rather fast.
I first had an interview with the recruiter for about an hour. She asked about why I wanted to work with Bayada, my strengths, current job, etc. I then was invited to an in person interview with the Director of the office two days later. Though, after driving to the interview I realized that the commute was too far. I reached back out to the recruiter explaining that the commute was not ideal. She then got me in touch with another Bayada office closer to home, and I interviewed with that Director the following week.
The interview went well. The director was extremely involved in the daily operations. The environment of the office was very peaceful. I later received an email saying that I was invited to interview with the regional director two days later.
I spoke with the regional director for roughly an hour. The interview went well. The same day, I received an email requesting that I shadow the office for four hours. Three days later, I was offered a position.
