I have a big question.. why they refused me? And how can I improve myself in the next time. I answered their all the questions, and the interviewer was looking so friendly. And i was also performing flawlessly. But can't understand the negative replies from the company.

Had a 30 min chat with a recruiter who forwaded the interview to Hr. The wait after the interview took almost 2 months with no personalized feedback or any courtesy as to why one is not picked
online interview and three stages of the selection process. first initial interview then a written assessment and then finally a final viva of 45 minutes. asked about soil and water criteria for tobacco.
